Hey, I’m Brie. My career has taken me from classical training and international stages to years of teaching private voice lessons—but one thing has remained constant: I've spent my life in the creative world.

I know what it feels like to juggle rehearsals, performances, lesson planning, client communication, and the never-ending task of showing up professionally online. I've lived it.

That's why I founded BLC Studio.

I create thoughtful, strategic websites and brands for musicians, music educators, performing artists, and creative professionals because I understand the unique rhythm of creative work. My background in performance and education doesn't sit alongside my design work—it shapes every project I create.

Whether I'm helping a student find confidence in their voice or helping a fellow creative build an online presence they're proud of, the goal is the same: creating space for people to show up authentically, confidently, and with intention.

Every Artist has a Backstory.....Here's Mine

Act I. The Path to the Spotlight

My creative life didn’t start on a stage; it started in the quiet spaces of poetry, drawing, and short stories. While music was in my DNA—passed down from my father —it took time for me to find the courage to share my literal voice. After years of dreaming from the sidelines, a single performance on Christmas Eve changed everything. I switched my major to music, traded my sketchbook for music scores, and never looked back.

Act II. Rooted & Sustainable

In 2013, a required pause for back surgery led me to a new passion: sustainable living. Today, that "low-tox" lifestyle isn't just a hobby; it’s how I maintain the stamina for long days of teaching and the high-performance demands of the stage. My husband and I live harmoniously with the wildlife on our solar-powered homestead, raising 8 spoiled chickens and tending to our organic garden. This connection to the earth keeps me grounded and ensures that the work I do—whether digital or vocal—is built to last.

Act III. Design Meets Harmony

During the 2020 shift, I discovered a new way to create: web design. Learning the "no-code" artistry of Showit allowed me to build digital stages for others. Today, music remains my heartbeat and my primary motivator, but I’ve found a deep joy in the harmony of it all—teaching, mentoring, and designing for artists who, like me, have a story worth sharing.

explore working together

What most people don’t see is that I built this studio for the artist I was — the one balancing ambition with doubt, discipline with self-trust.

I don’t believe artists should have to choose between polish and personality, or professionalism and soul. The work should hold all of it.

That belief is the throughline of everything I offer here.

Whether you’re refining your website, your brand, or both—this studio is built for artists who want clarity, confidence, and a presence that resonates.
